Traffic helpline serve offered

KARACHI: Additional Inspector General of Police (AIGP) Karachi Ghulam Qadir Thebo on Thursday announced for the people of Karachi that if their vehicle are lifted by the traffic police from any place of city, they must call traffic police helpline 1915 using their phone and ask about the location of their lifted vehicle and relevant traffic section.

AIGP ordered traffic police to immediately inform 1915 about lifted vehicles and location where from they were kept. He also directed the traffic police officials to facilitate public and activate traffic help line 1915. Thebo said that the order had passed in response to various complaints registered by citizens of Karachi.
