15 injured in 3 bomb blasts

QUETTA: As many as 15 people including two policemen were injured two of them seriously in three bomb blasts during the day here Wednesday.

First bomb blast occurred outside Al Gilani hospital in Satellite Town here today. Bomb was planted in a bicycle parked there. Eleven people were injured. They included Adil, Azeem, Zainullah, Imran Khan, Qurban, Asmatullah, Abdul Ghaffar, Abdul Jaleel, Shahid, Zuber and others. They were shifted to civil hospital. Condition of two of them is stated to be serious.

Police also recovered a bomb in the same area and defused it.

Police rounded up five suspects and started investigation.

Second bomb blast took place at the gate of Qambrani road police station. This was also fitted in a bicycle. Two police men Abdullah and Javaid were seriously injured. They were taken to BMC hospital.

Yet another bomb exploded along New Jan Muhammad road. It was planted in a drain which was also destroyed. Two persons were injured in the explosion. They were identified as Jalaluddin and Muhammad Ismail. They were also shifted to hospital for treatment.
