Ratodero, Sind: Inspector General of Sind Police has transferred 28 Inspectors of Larkana Range and posted them in Hyderabad and Karachi. Seven of them have been posted in Hyderabad Range and 21 in Karachi range according to a notification issued by Dr. Muhammad Amin Yousufzai, DIGP Establishment Karachi.

The transfer/posting of these Inspectors has been made in the light of the recent Supreme Court direction to transfer police officers out of their domicile districts to ensure peace & tranquillity in the province.

These Inspectors include Imtiaz Mirani, Noor Ali Shah, Irshad Bhutto, Aziz Rehman Mangi, Noor Mustafa Magsi, Asif Shah, Safdar Abbasi all these have been posted in Hyderabad range and Rasheed Mangi, Allah Dino Sangi Imdad Ali Pahore, Karam Zardari, Arshad Nawaz Mahesar, Ghulam Muhammad Tunio, Shafqat Ansari, Azizullah Chano, Aijaz Shah, Agha Shakeel, Niaz Chandio, Bashir Khoso, Panah Bhutto, Ali Bilawal Mazari, Niaz Mazari, Niaz Farooqui, Noor Muhammad Sohryani, Rasheed Sanjrani he is under suspension, Anwar Shaikh, Zulfiqar Khoso and Hubdar Shah have been posted in Karachi range.

The irony here is that the concerned SSPs had sent list of those Inspectors who were not in their good books and even those Inspectors are being relieved whose lien is fixed in the district and the requisite Inspector is also not posted in his parent/domicile district. Due to relieving of these senior officers many police stations in Larkana district are being run by most junior officers and one police constable has even been posted as SHO of Ketty Mumtaz PS.
