3 burn patients of Church blast shifted to PIMS Islamabad

Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Health, Shaukat Ali Yousafzai visited the Khyber Teaching Hospital and Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar on Tuesday where he personally inquired about the health of bomb blast victims Kohati Gate Church Peshawar and shifted the three burn patients including 4 years old Mehak Bibi D/O Imtiaz Riaz Kohati Gate Peshawar, 8 years old Arslan Masih S/O Tariq Masih of Ghareeb Abad Peshawar and Simran D/O Anwar of Namak Mandi Peshawar immediately to PIMS Hospital Islamabad for specialized treatment of burn. The patients were sent in fully equipped ambulances along with the specialized nursing staff of Khyber Teaching Hospital.

Provincial Minister ensured that said patients would be provided free treatment facilities of PIMS, which is approved by the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak.

The Minister on the occasion visited different units of the hospitals especially surgical wards. He found that patients were satisfied from timely provision of treatment in the hospitals. The Minister was also briefed by the Chief Executives of the hospitals regarding the free treatment facilities provided by the hospitals management at the time of incident.

Yousafzai lauded the emergency services efforts by the hospital management. Provincial Minister while talking to the Christian community has announced government jobs for the children and brothers of those who were killed Church blast.

Christian community has sacrificed for Pakistan so they had right over the resources of Pakistan. He also ensured that they would be provided complete security on priority basis.
