46 suspects held in Rangers’ raids

Karachi: Pakistan Rangers Sindh on Tuesday arrested 46 criminals in various raids carried in the city and recovered arms from their possession.

Rangers spokesman said targeted raids were conducted in Green Town, Golden Town, Bilal Colony, Bin Qasim, Metroville, Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13-D, Ghareebabad – Malir, Banaras, Qauidabad and Usmanabad areas in wee hours.

He said snap checking was also carried out in Rashid Minhas Road and Al-Asif Square areas. He further said during the raids 46 criminals including Lyari gang-war elements and criminals affiliated with political groups, involved in heinous crimes, were also arrested. The Rangers also recovered armed from their possession.
