In Slovenia, the anti-immigrant Slovenian Democratic Party has emerged as the largest party in parliamentary election, taking twenty five percent of votes.

According to preliminary results, with nearly all votes counted the centre-left anti-establishment LMS party came second with 12.7 percent of votes.

Analysts believe that Slovenian Democratic Party may find it difficult to form a coalition as its hardline stance on immigration has left it short of potential coalition partners.
