Business: Federal Minister for commerce holds bilateral talks with Sultan Bin Saeed

Islamabad: Federal Minister for commerce and Textile, Mr. Maqbool Rahimtoola held bilateral talks with Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri of UAE the Minister for Economy of UAE on Wednesday at Dubai on event of 3rd Annual Investment Conference.

The Federal Minister asked for Support to allow multiple entry business visa’s to Pakistani Businessmen for Dubai. He further sought the help of UAE Minister of Economy to facilitate exports of meat and poultry to UAE from Pakistan. Both Ministers looked forward to strengthen trade relations and extend cooperation between the Brotherly countries of UAE and Pakistan.

It is pertinent to mention that UAE is the 3rd biggest foreign investor in Pakistan after USA & UK. Pakistan’s main exports to UAE are textile, chemical material and compounds construction materials including cement, cotton , fabrics, essential oil & perfumes, cotton yarn, fish, footwear, fruits & vegetables, jewellery gold and silver ware, machinery and parts, petroleum products, rice and sports goods.
