KARACHI: Ameer, Jamaat-e-Islami, Pakistan, Syed Munawar Hasan, has said that the western powers were hatching conspiracies in order to produce anarchy in Islamic countries, adding that the dismissal of Morsi government in Egypt and the judicial injustice of Bangladeshi government against JI leaders were the fresh examples of those conspiracies.

He expressed these views while addressing an Iftar party organized by JI District West in Organi Town here on Sunday. On the occasion, JI chief urged Pakistani government to play its active role and raise its concern over toppling of Morsi government by Egyptian army.

“Turkey and Qairo are among the two Muslim countries which have raised their strong concern over military coup in Egypt. Pakistan was the third Muslim country which denounced the military muntiny in Egypt,” he added.

Hasan stressed the unity of Muslim Ummah to foil conspiracy of western countries against Islam and Muslim countries. JI chief asked Prime Minister Mohammad Nawaz Sharif to take strong stance over Egypt and Bangladeshi issues and should feel his presence to the western countries by his pro-Islamic states decisions.

JI Chief Karachi Muhammad Hussain Mahenti, JI General Secretary Naseem Siddiqui, Information Secretary Zahid Askari, Ameer JI District West and others were also present on the occasion.
