Caravan of independent candidates attacked near Sibi

SIBI: Two persons including a terrorist were killed when a caravan of independent candidates was attacked between Sibi and Tulli Sunday. According to details two independent candidates Sardar Sarfraz Domki on PB21 Sibi and Dosten Domki on NA265 were going to Tulli from Sibi today. Their caravan was targeted by remote control bomb near Tulli By pass. Firing was also made on the caravan.

As a result of firing a guard Abdul Karim died on the spot and another man Swali Khan sustained serious injuries. He was shifted to CMH Sibi.

Security guards returned the fire in which a terrorist was killed another was arrested who had earlier escaped.

Meanwhile various political leaders Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind, Allama Maqsood Domki and others said that government has failed to provide security to candidates participating in the elections while terrorists were escort free. Administration was playing role of silent spectator. They demanded attackers on Sardar Domki and his caravan should be unveiled.
