Careem has launched @Home program to create income opportunities for individuals who can become a part of the Careem family while operating from home. The Careem @Home program focuses on hiring highly motivated representatives who share our values but are unable to work outside their households, particularly females and students.

Careem has been operating in Pakistan since March 2016, serving millions of customers every day. With a continued focus on driving growth through amazing customer experience, Careem has a team of more than 600 support agents addressing our Customers and Captains needs through calls, chat and email channels.

The Careem @Home in Pakistan program has on boarded more than 100 agents on its platform, a large number of which are women. All onboarded agents will undergo a rigorous training process to ensure their skills are up to Careem standards and they are aligned with its values.

Zeeshan Hasib Baig, General Manager Careem Pakistan said on the occasion

Careem has always been a strong proponent of tech enabled solutions, not just for our Captains and Customers, but also for our Care agents and Careem @Home is a testament to our mission of simplifying and improving lives. With an experience driven growth strategy in mind, we will need more hands on deck working across Pakistan to ensure that our level of customer service continues to be par excellence.

Careem’s @Home program offers the career growth and flexibility that our workforce needs, enabling individuals to earn an income through a tech enabled solution. This inclusive approach to earning livelihood invites professionals from all walks of life such as parents providing primary care to their children, differently abled individuals in case of restricted mobility, students or graduates working part time or in between jobs. Not only this, the opportunity is also open for families of current Careem Captains to help generate more disposable income for their households.
