QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has said his government was taking practical steps for supremacy of democracy and ensuring welfare of masses which have no past precedence. He said National Party believes in democratic and national struggle and taking all possible measures for redressing all genuine complaints and deprivation of Balochistan.

He was speaking to former Nazim Killi Ismail Muhammad Bakhsh Langov and other leaders who announced to join National Party in their meeting with Chief Minister here Monday.

Provincial minister Khalid Langov and others were also present.

Dr Malik Baloch who is also president National Party people’s party national welcoming the new comers said party is a people’s national party which believes in their collective wisdom. He said his party organisation accords great significance to consultation for running government affairs and are in contestant contact with masses. He said government in office is people’s representative and answerable to the masses. He aid his government was taking priority measures for elimination of corruption, provision f maximum facilities in education and health and maintaining law and order.

He assured National Party government would continue its struggle for securing national rights and their defence.
