ECP forms 14 election tribunals to hear rigging
May 13, 2013Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan ECP has formed fourteen election tribunals to hear rigging complaints.
As per details, five tribunals have been set up in Punjab and three each in Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. They will be headed by retired session’s judge.
The tribunals will have the authority to declare elections on constituencies null and void if rigging complaints were proven to be correct.
