Federal govt launches project to renovate, expand Bacha Khan Int’l Airport

The Federal government has launched a project to renovate and expand Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar.

A spokesman of Civil Aviation Authority told Radio Pakistan Peshawar correspondent that the project will be completed at a cost of two billion rupees this year.

It includes expansion of domestic and international flight lounges. The new lounges will have the capacity to accommodate one thousand five hundred passengers.
