NAUNDERO: PPPSB Chairperson Ghinwa Bhutto said on Wednesday that since last 19 years when the party was formed by his husband Mir Murtaza Bhutto they are striving to bring change in the country.

She was talking to media here during her brief stay before leaving for Mirpur Bhutto to meet PMLN leader Mumtaz Bhutto and his son Ameer Bakhsh Bhutto. Ghinwa said that for next general elections, more nomination forms have been filed by her party candidates in all four provinces of Pakistan than in 2008 which showed that the party had grown.

PPPSB chairperson further said that she would contest on Bhutto family’s ancestral seat NA207 and hoped that people of Naundero would own the real Bhutto heirs and vote for her.

Ghinwa predicted that the 2013 election results would be surprising as in the election 2008, more than 15,000 people contested or filed nomination papers but in the 2013 elections, the number has reduced to 9000 which also showed that these people have realised the change and old politicians are going back to pavilion.

She said PPPSB would not allow anybody to use the name of Bhutto and get political and personal benefits and to deceive the people. She ruled out any possibility of seat adjustment with any other party or cooperation and added the party has not so far decided about it. She said that these elections would be very interesting for the benefit of democracy.
