Govt. promotes reconciliation policy, says Majeed

Muzaffarabad: The Azad Jammu and Kashmir AJK Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed has said that present government is promoting reconciliation policy to play a national role for Kashmir liberation struggle in the base camp of Kashmir liberation movement.

Talking to media in Muzaffarabad he said that the agenda of his government include success of Kashmir liberation struggle‚ modern facilities of life to the people of AJK and prosperity of the liberated territory. He said that government is trying to implement this agenda under a comprehensive strategy.

Replying a question regarding alleged corruption the Prime Minister said that if a commission to probe the corruption is set up the government was ready to face it. He said that his government is taking concrete steps to establish good governance‚ merit and supremacy of law in the state.

He said megaprojects costing billions of rupees are underway in the state which after completion will usher an era of progress and prosperity in the region.
