High Commissioner Mauritius visits Iqbal Manzil

Islamabad: High Commissioner of Mauritius in Pakistan Mr. Mohammad Rashad Daureeawo visited the Iqbal Manzil the birthplace of Allama Iqbal, the poet of the East at Sialkot here, amid tight security the other day.

He paid rich tributes to Allama Iqbal for his unmatched services to poetry, religion and Pakistan Movement as well. He said that the Iqbal’s poetry keeps the secrets of the progress and development of the nation.

Later, the Mauritius High Commissioner also visited the shrine of Saint Hazrat Imam Ali ul Haq RA at Sialkot here. He laid the floral wreaths at the shrine and offered Fateha there.
