QUETTA: We would hold talks with those who believe in dialogues. Terrorists would be paid in their way. Attack on Ziarat Residency, firing on female students bus and unarmed people at BMC hospital are incidents negating to Baloch and Pashtoon nations traditions. Such incidents are not allowed by any religion or society. There is tough time for Government of Balochistan and its people which can be faced with strong sense.

These views were expressed by Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan while talking to newsmen at CM Secretariat here Sunday.

Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervez Rasheed, MPA Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal, Hasil Bizenjo were also present.

Chaudhry Nisar said he has come here to express solidarity with people of Balochistan despite security threats here. He said establishing law and order in the country including Balochistan is our topmost priority. Federal and provincial governments would take measures to agree angry brothers of Balochistan as to establish peace in the province and a peaceful atmosphere is made for development of people.

He said a high level meeting on Balochistan’s law and order situation would be held in Islamabad on 20 th of the current month in which an overall comprehensive policy would be devised . he said Ziarat Residency would be rebuilt inc collaboration with provincial government and this historical asset would be brought to its original shape. He said Federal government would extend full cooperation to provincial government for resolving other problems as well.

He asked media to avoid such briefings as are detrimental to the country.

Speaking on the occasion Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch said both provincial and federal governments would continue their efforts to resolving problems confronting the province. He had a word of praise for security forces and said the hard work with which they controlled the situation is appreciable.

Earlier Balochistan Chief Secretary Babar Yaqoob Fateh Muhammad and Inspector General Police Mushtaq Ahmed Sukhera briefed Interior Minister on incidents of yesterday and law and order situation in the province.

Fateha was also offered for the departed soul of Deputy Commissioner Quetta Abdul Mansoor Kakar, FC personnel, nurses and female students of Women University. Award of gallantry awards to the martyrs was also announced.
