Lahore: Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has said the government would have to take bold and realistic decisions for national solidarity and to throw off ‘the yoke of US slavery’.

Addressing a breakfast meeting in Model Town on Sunday, he said the NATO supplies must be stopped and the door of dialogue with the Taliban should not be closed from our side.

Liaqat Baloch said the drone attacks that killed innocent citizens and terrorism and subversive activities were the Satanic devices of the US and India, and the deaths of civilians and the military personnel in these was the collective national loss.

He said if the political and military leadership besides the intelligentsia united for the protection of the country’s solidarity, the enemy would stand defeated.

Liaqat Baloch said the people of Pakistan had deep hatred for the US because of its policies against Islam and this country and added that the JI’s Go America Go drive had greatly contributed to this hatred.
