SHAHDADKOT: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl JUIF Sindh general secretary Dr Khalid Mehmood Soomro on Monday demanded of relevant authorities to nullify rigged polls in Sindh and re-hold it.

This he demanded at a press conference held here. Soomro asked Chief Election Commission CEC to resign in view of massive rigging in elections. He alleged that election results were changed and historical rigging was committed in Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Soomro said that Election Commission of Pakistan ECP and caretaker government were involved in what he called bogus elections in Sindh. He said that his party had decided to hold peaceful protests against engineered polls across the province.

He alleged that Pakistan Peoples’ Party PPP was facing worst defeat in Sindh but ECP and some other institutions delivered it fake mandate by committing historical rigging in Sindh.

JUIF leader said that CEC Fakhruddin G Ebrahim had proved the most failed person and become national offender by taking side of those who hatched rigging plans.
