KP govt allocates Rs.167b for education

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has allocated more than one hundred and sixty-seven billion rupees in the current fiscal year budget for promotion of education in the province.

A spokesman of provincial government told our Peshawar correspondent that about one hundred forty-six billion rupees have been earmarked for elementary and secondary education.

Similarly, nine point six billion rupees will be spent on provision of basic facilities in schools.
