KU cancels 12 admissions

Karachi: Director Admission Committee, Karachi University, Prof. Dr. Khalid Iraqi has cancelled the admissions of 12 candidates who provided fake marks sheets, verified by the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi.

These 12 admissions in Honours Program 2013 stand cancelled with immediate effect, says a KU release here Wednesday.

It said the marks sheet of the following candidates were found forged: Gulnaz Bibi D/o Maroof, Islamic Learning Muhammad Hasnain Raza S/o Muhammad Ali, Persian Wasy Ali S/o Muhammad Ali, Economics Muneeb Ahmed S/o Shamim Ahmed, Sociology Sonia Iqbal D/o M. Iqbal, Islamic History Muhammad Ibrahim Khan S/o Muhammad Aslam Khan General History Tooba Muzaffar D/o Muzaffar Uddin Ahmed Reaz Marine Sciences Aiman Muzaffar D/o Muzaffar Uddin Ahmed Reaz, Biochemistry Rubab Alauddin D/o Muhammad Alauddin, Tooba Yousuf D/o Mohammad Yousuf, Food Science & Technology Muhammad Sabir S/o Dilbar Khan, Chemistry Syeda Iqra Arshad D/o Syed Arshad Iqbal Applied Chemistry & Chemical Technology.
