Mumtaz demands probe into PS37 poll rigging

KARACHI: The central leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz PMLN Mumtaz Ali Bhutto on Monday said the people of Larkana voted to get Amir Bux Bhutto succeeded in elections with a heavy margin, but police and polling staff turned the situation by stamping ballots to get PPP candidate victorious.

He expressed these views while addressing party workers upon his arrival at Jinnah International Airport Karachi from Sukkur on Sunday night. The workers warmly welcomed Mumtaz Bhutto and showered rose petals on him. He was taken to his house in big procession.

Addressing the workers, Mumtaz Bhutto said people of Larkana always supported Bhuttos and also played vital role in general elections 2013. He thanked the people of Larkana for their support.

He demanded proper investigation into rigging in PS37 Ratodero polls. The procession was led by Anwer Gujjar, Ayub Shar, Razzaq Bajwa, Dr Waheed Unar and others.
