NAB says 250 corruption cases in process

KARACHI: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Director General Wajid Ali Durrani said that the NAB was dealing with 250 corruption cases while the Bureau had so far ensured recovery of Rs 1.5 billion.

Talking on the occasion a walk on anti-corruption week here Wednesday, he said every efforts is being made to eradicate corruption from Pakistan.

NAB Additional Director Abdul Hafeez Siddiqui, Director Bashir Ahmed, Nisar Memon and students from different colleges and universities attended the walk.

Durrani said it should not only be the government or NAB alone but the whole society should cooperate in anti-corruption measures.
