One killed, three injured in Karachi firing incidents

Karachi: One person was killed and three others injured in separate incidents of firing in the city on Friday.

According to rescue sources, unidentified armed men opened fire near Ahsanabad at Superhighway, killing 27-years-old Barkat, son of Ali. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for medico-legal formalities.

In another incident, two people were shot and injured by unidentified men in Saeedabad. The injured were identified as Naseer Ahmed, 18, son of Naseem and Abid, 25, son of Sabir.

They were shifted to ASH for medical treatment.

Separately, unidentified armed motorcyclists opened fire at a hotel in North Nazimabad, injuring one Mohammad Bakht, who was shifted to ASH.
