Penumbral eclipse of moon on Saturday

Karachi: Pakistan Meteorological Department has said that a penumbral eclipse of moon is expected on Saturday; however, it would not be visible in Pakistan.

It will be only visible from the Americas and western Africa. It will not be visible by naked eye.

The penumbral eclipse would begin on 08:53 PST. The greatest eclipse would be at 09:11P PST. It would end at 09:27 PST.

The penumbral magnitude would be 0.0158.
