PM’s message to Customer Satisfaction Awards ceremonyAugust 29, 2013
Karachi: Customer Satisfaction Awards will help business community become cognizant to the importance of customer satisfaction and consumer empowerment and will create healthy competitive environment among the leading local national and multinationals operating in Pakistan as consumer satisfaction is crucial to our businesses and to our economy.
This was stated by Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif in his message for Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013 and the Seminar on Theme of 30th World Consumer Rights Day” Consumer Justice” jointly organized by The Consumers Eye Pakistan TCEP, Consumers Voice Pakistan and Pakistan Standards & Quality Control Authority PSQCA on occasion of Distribution Ceremony of 1st Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013.
Prime Minister’s message was read in the Seminar. Prime Minister admires the efforts of the organizers of Customer Satisfaction Awards activity. He also congratulated to the winner Awardees for their superiors.
Chief Guest Syeda Shehla Raza Deputy Speaker of the Sindh Assembly in her Speech appreciated organizers of Customer Satisfaction Awards. She assured her full support to Consumer Voice Pakistan. She said that” I am confident that the business community of Pakistan will now be more conscious of the Customer Satisfaction. She congratulated to the all winners Awardees for their unrelenting struggle making their Products and Services an outstanding success for the benefits of Consumers.
Umar Ghauri, Chairman “The consumers Eye Pakistan” in his welcome Address thanks to the Chief Guest Syeda Shehla Raza Deputy Speaker of the Sindh Assembly. He said that Customer Satisfaction Awards established to give special recognition to those businesses that cares and serve their Customers and clients well, who used their Goods and services, hence are most popular among the Consumers in Pakistan.
Engr. M.A. Jabbar former Vice President Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry FPCCI and Barrister Shahida Jamil in their speeches, hope that Customer Satisfaction Award will develop a relationship of trust among consumers, producers, service providers and concern authorities in Pakistan. They said that consumers in Pakistan are still struggling for their rights.
Engr. Shabbir Ahmed Qureshi, Director CA South SDC, PSQCA designated Board Committee Member for CS Awards 2013 and Rahmatulla Memon, Deputy Director Admen PSQCA also Spoke on the occasion and highlights the working of PSQCA.
After the Seminar, Chief Guest Syeda Shehla Raza Deputy Speaker of the Sindh Assembly distributed The Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013. Among Awardees were: Metro Cash & Carry, Shan Spices, Pak Oasis, Unique M/Cycle, Seasons Canola Cooking Oil, Shangrila Ketchup, Naheed Super Store, Essa Lab, Universal Brothers, Super Star Motor cycle, USF Marketing, Road Prince M/Cycle, New Asia Auto 4Stroke Rickshaws, Taaza Cooking Oil, Xenith 3D Pure Drinking Water, A V M Chemicals, Relation Utility MAG.
After the Awards distribution Ceremony Mementos were presented to Chief Guest Syeda Shehla Raza Deputy Speaker of the Sindh Assembly, Guest of Honour M. A. Jabbar, Barrister Shahida Jamil and others. Concluding the Award ceremony coordinator CS Awards 2013 Rasim Khan presented vote of thanks.
Award ceremony was attended by large number of personalities, PSQCA officials, Government officials, representatives from corporate sector, Print and electronic media personal, representatives of NGO’s and volunteers.
