Police made model force in KP: Mahmood

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan says the Police has been made a model force in the province by introducing comprehensive reforms.

Talking to a delegation of undertraining officers of Pakistan Police Group in Peshawar on Thursday, he said the force has been made free of political interference.

The Chief Minister said the police force is being provided training on modern lines to enable them face future challenges.

Mahmood Khan said training is being given to twenty-eight thousand personnel of Levies and Khasadar Force who have recently been merged in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police.
