According to a new research of U.S. National Institute on Aging, Poor sleep increases risk of health problems, such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression and obesity.

Researchers suggested seven hours of quality sleep each night to prevent such diseases.

They said use of cell phones, computers and televisions in bedroom should be avoided
