PTI seeks QWP’s support in by-electionsJuly 11, 2013
Peshawar: The District Administration of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf including Chief Minister Pervez Khattak, Speaker Provincial Assembly Asad Qaiser and Minister Information and Health Shaukat Ali Yousafzai called on the Senior Provincial Minister and Provincial Chairman of Qaumi Watan Party Sikandar Hayat Khan Sherpao on Thursday at his residence Peshawar.
Qaumi Watan Party’s MPA Aneesa Zeb Tahirkheli and Provincial Minister Bakht Baidar were also present on the occasion. They discussed in detail the by-elections in the province.
The district administration of PTI on the occasion demanded the provincial leadership of Qaumi Watan Party to support PTI in the coming by-elections.
Qaumi Watan Party’s Provincial Chairman to Senior Minister said the decision to support the PTI in the by-elections would be made after consultation with the central leadership and office-bearers.
He said the coalition government would continue its collective efforts for development and prosperity of the province and getting rid its people of the challenge afoot.
He said the people had chosen us for change and they would fulfil their expectations. The meeting expressed its concern over loadshedding in Ramazan despite the already approved policy and deliberated adopting a joint line of action immediately.
