Public urged to send written complaints to cell

Peshawar: Consequent upon the establishment of complaint cell in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information, Public Relations and Culture Department and notification of appointing a focal person for the cell, it has been observed that a number of complaints have been received and are receiving on the mobile phone of the focal person concerned which in many cases related to issue of unprecedented load-shedding or elimination of corruption irrespective of the fact that the complaints relate to this department or otherwise.

In order to negate the misunderstanding and confusion arising out of the notification having made public, it was felt that the message may be conveyed to the general public through media that the people should send their written complaints to the concerned department for redressal of the identified grievances.

This would not only enable the focal person to avoid receiving irrelevant complaints but would also serve as a guiding principle for making complaint in the right direction.
