Ramzan Bazaars arrangements reviewed

Sialkot: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has approved a special subsidy of Rs. 5 billion for public in a bid to ensure the maximum financial relief to the masses during the Holy month of Ramazan.

Provincial Minister for Women Development Hameeda Waheed Ud Din on Tuesday presided over a high level meeting at DCO Office Sialkot to review Ramzan Bazaars arrangements in Sialkot district.

Commissioner Gujranwala Division Tariq Najeeb Najmi, DCO Sialkot Lt Rtd Iftikhar Ali Sahu and several MPAs from Sialkot district attended meeting.

Provincial Minister said that provincial government was increasing number of Sasta Ramzan Bazaars across the province for facilitating the maximum number of people during the holy month of Ramzan.

Earlier she visited Ramzan Bazaars in Sialkot and Daska tehsils and inspected the quality, standard and prices of the daily used commodities being sold there on subsidized rates.
