Rangers distribute 110 tons edibles in Thar

Karachi: Pakistan Rangers Sindh have distributed more than 110 tons of edible items in hunger-hit area of Thar.

Rangers spokesman said edibles were distributed among drought-affectees in Thar, which contained flour, rice, pulses, milk powder, sugar, spices, ghee, tea, drinking water and juices.

He said a truck loaded of medicine has already reached the affected areas, while another truckload of medicine is also being sent.

It was worth mentioning that Rangers Medical Camps established in the far-flung areas around Diplo, Veerawah and Islamkot facilitated more than 3000 patients in the area.
