QUETTA: PPP Senator Raza Rabbani has said without resolving issue of missing persons establishing peace in Balochistan is not possible nor province would march on road to progress. Availability of autonomy to the provinces after 18th amendment access to rights would be ensured to the people. Nationalist parties in Balochistan and Khyber Pashtoonkhwa by playing basic role in preparation of 18 th amendment proved that Parliament is the only way for securing rights.

He was addressing a seminar on Fruits of 18 the amendment held at Boy Scouts Headquarters here Tuesday.

Provincial Minister Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal, provincial President National Party Dr Ishaq Baloch and others also spoke.

He said without establishing peace and recovery of missing persons development in the province is impossible. Government should pay heed to this sensitive issue. He said national security would be successful when it would be talked in the House. Insurgents are not ready to trust in people’s representatives. Institutions should be strengthened to remove ills from the province.

Raza Rabbani said Balochistan has been deprived for 65 years and previous government done great job of 18 th amendment to end sense of deprivation of Balochistan and provincial autonomy. Employment was provided to hundreds of youth under Aghaz Huqooq Balochistan in the province.

He said it is demand of time and situation Balochistan issue should be reviewed politically and prevalent sense of deprivation should be ended to make the province prosperous. He said PPP and its allies removed the impression any one is traitor or patriotic. Nationalist parties who are labelled as traitor supported passage of 18 th amendment preparation and passages with majority. There are no anti state elements in the country.

Provincial Minister Abdu Rahim Ziaratwal said present government was striving to resolve all issues on political basis. No corruption would be allowed in the province. He said nationalist would play role of vanguard for the rights of the province.
