Senior Houthi leader Saleh al-Sammad killed in coalition raid

Sana’a Saleh al-Sammad, head of so-called “Supreme Political Council” of the Houthis, was killed in an airstrike carried out by the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen.

The Houthi putschist militia has officially announced the killing of al-Sammad in an air raid by the Arab coalition warplanes targeting him in the western province of Hodeidah last Thursday.

According to Al Arabiya TV channel, al-Sammad was the second most wanted among the Houthi terrorists, in a list of names featuring 40 leaders, released by Saudi Arabia, which also had offered a $20 million reward for any information leading to his capture.
