Shah Farman criticizes US drone attack at North Waziristan

Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Information and Public Relations Shah Farman has expressed severe anguish and anger over the US drone attack at North Waziristan Agency and termed it an attack on the autonomy and solidarity of Pakistan.

In a press statement issued in Peshawar on Friday the minister information criticized the US on the drone attack and reminded the federal government of Pakistan Muslim League (N) to fulfil its promises of telling the United States to stop the attacks. He said the federal government should give practical shape to the promise and ask the US to stop the practice of killing innocent Pakistanis.

The minister information said their nation was a live and brave one and it could not tolerate foreign aggression on their land. He called upon the centre to materialize its stand on drone attacks and declare on the US to stop killing innocent Pakistanis otherwise it would give adverse reaction from the government and people of Pakistan.

He prayed to the Almighty Allah to rest the souls of those killed in the drone attack in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved families to bear the loss they got on the hands of the Americans.
