Six more resign from SBBU jobs

Nawabshah: Six officials including controller of examination, and teachers of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Nawabshah have resigned to protest against the policies of vice chancellor, putting the future of students in jeopardy.

As per details, Professor Usman Memon head of department of chemistry, assistant professor Ms Tayyaba, lecturer of Urdu Ayaz Ali, lecturer Pakistan Studies Dadan Khan Lashari and BPS-18 librarian Shahbaz Ansari had resigned last week, while controller of examination Altaf Kehar had resigned four months back.

The university sources further said that now four project directors have also resigned to protest against the policies of the vice chancellor. They said that due to frequent resignations the future of MBA regular classes is in jeopardy.

However, when assistant director public relations Kashif Noorani was contacted he rejected the allegations against the vice chancellor. He said the vice chancellor has confirmed some employees following all rules and regulations and he is treating all employees equally.
