Sports: Cricket: Pakistan to play warm-ups against SL, Protease

Karachi: Pakistan cricket team will play two warm-up matches against Sri Lanka and South Africa on May 30 and June 3 respectively in the lead up to the ICC Champions Trophy, which will run from June 623 in England.

Pakistan will play against Sri Lanka at Edgbaston while later they would take on South Africa at The Oval.

Pakistan cricket team has already flown to Britain, where the team would play two one day games each against Ireland and Scotland before starting their campaign in the Champions Trophy.

Pakistan is placed in group B along with archrivals India, the West Indies and South Africa. Meanwhile, Australia, England, Sri Lanka and New Zealand are placed in group A.
