Trade delegation returns from New Zealand & Australia

LAHORE: A 16-member trade delegation has returned home after 15-day visit to New Zealand and Australia that included a number of high profile business events and business agreements.

LCCI Vice President Syed Mahmood Ghaznavi was the Deputy Leader of the delegation while other members included former LCCI President Irfan Qaiser Sheikh, former Vice President Saeed Nazar, Khawaja Khawar Rasheed, Fahim-ur-Rehman Saigol and others.

The delegation held meetings in New Zealand with top businessmen and government officials.

In Australia, delegation had a number of high profile meetings with Australian businessmen and also visited Chambers of Commerce & Industry.

Pakistani Consul General Abdul Aziz had extended best cooperation to the trade delegation and arranged a number of b2b meetings between the delegation members and their Australian counterparts.

While paying rich tributes to the Pakistani Consul General in Australia Abdul Aziz, the LCCI Vice President Syed Mahmood Ghaznavi said that Pakistani Consul General was playing role of bridge between the private sector of Pakistan and Australia.

Pakistani Consul General in Australia Abdul Aziz also hosted a dinner in honor of the delegation. Parliament Members of Australia, high government officials and businessmen were also present on the occasion.
