Two injured in low intensity blast

KARACHI: A scrap dealer and his son were injured in bomb blast in Bin Qasim Town on Tuesday.

Police said 55yearold scrap dealer, Muneer Shah, son of Ahmed Shah, and his 24yearold son, Asif, were injured in low intensity bomb blast that occurred in Lalaabad, Bin Qasim Town, within the jurisdiction of Sukkhun police station.

The man and his son received minor injuries in the incident and were moved to a local hospital for treatment. Police said Muneer Shah purchased some material from Khan Muhammad which exploded at his scrap shop in Lalaabad. The police have arrested Khan Muhammad for investigation.
