The United States and Russia have held talks for reducing the risk of nuclear conflict in Ukraine.
The issue was discussed by President Joe Biden’s National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan held conversations with Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov and Russian Security Council secretary Nikolai Patrushev..
However, no detail or outcome of the talks was given by either side.
