Weather turns pleasant as twin cities receive heavy rain

Islamabad: The Twin cities Rawalpindi and Islamabad on Tuesday received heavy rains which turned the weather pleasant. According to met office‚ Islamabad has received 37 millimetres rain. Meanwhile scattered rain with dust and thundershowers is expected in Upper Punjab including Islamabad‚ Rawalpindi‚ Gujranwala‚ Sargodha‚ Lahore divisions‚ Malakand‚ Hazara‚ Kohat‚ Peshawar‚ Bannu divisions‚ Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir during the next twelve hours. The minimum temperature of major cities recorded on Tuesday morning was: Islamabad 27 Celsius‚ Lahore and Peshawar 26‚ Karachi 29‚ Quetta 22‚ Murree 18‚ Muzaffarabad 23‚ and Gilgit 24 Celsius.
