Working Group for alternate disputes resolutions

Peshawar: The Home and Tribal Affairs Department has constituted a working Group on Alternate Disputes Resolutions ADR. The terms of Reference ToRs of the group is : support project design, logical framework and action plants, support preparation of annual work plan / recommend revisions where necessary, review draft policies formulated through project assistance, review capacity building and training programs, provide advice, assistance and support in effective project implementation, provide necessary support to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness, support coordination with stakeholder, ensure cooperation of respective departments, organizations and training institutes, ensure sustainability of the project components / assistant mainstreaming interventions and activities, support periodic monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment of the project, support policy dialogue, review project communication strategy and promote learning links and exchange with other donors and CSOs.

The working group comprises Muntazir Khan, Deputy Secretary Admn Home and Tribal Affairs Department who is also holding the charge of Director Provincial Public Safety and Police Complaints Commission as Chairman of the Working Group while Mrs. Riffat Aamir, Legal Draftsperson / Director-II Human Resource Development HRD of the Peshawar High court Peshawar, Javed Khan Planning Officer Local Government, Elections and rural Development Department and a representative of the Additional Inspector General of Police Special Branch Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would act as members of the said working group.
