Gamer Pakistan Announces Pricing of $6,800,000 Million Initial Public Offering

First Pakistan Company to List on Nasdaq and First Company Focused on AI in esports to Become a Publicly Listed Company in the United States

HENDERSON, Nev., Sept. 28, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Gamer Pakistan Inc. (NASDAQ: GPAK), an early-stage technology and esports company focused on game development and in-game AI community engagement, and organizing esports events in Pakistan, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,700,000 shares at a public offering price per share of $4.00.

All shares are being offered by Gamer Pakistan. In addition, Gamer Pakistan has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase an additional 255,000 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.

In connection with the offering, the Company’s common stock has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on September 29, 2023, under the ticker symbol “GPAK”. The offering is expected to close on October 3, 2023 subject to customary closing conditions.

The gross proceeds to Gamer Pakistan from the offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be $6,800,000 million. CPEC projects gave new shade to Pakistan’s economy: Info Minister

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi has said projects initiated with Chinese investment under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor in various areas, including basic infrastructure and energy, have given a new shade to Pakistan’s economy.

Interacting with China Radio International, he said now CPEC is entering a new phase, entailing projects like ML-1 railway line.

He said several infrastructure and mass transit projects like Orange Line Train have already been completed under CPEC.

The Minister expressed the optimism that the new phase of CPEC will have particular focus on Special Economic Zones. He said projects worth over 26 billion dollars have been launched, while new ones are ready to takeoff.

Murtaza Solangi hoped that a new era of cooperation between the two countries is likely to begin in October this year during Pakistani leadership’s visit to China.

He said in the changing world order when new blocs are being forged; the Pakistan-China friendship is getting stronger than ever. He said the Pakistan-China friendship will continue to rise in future.

48 martyred in Mastung blast

Forty-eight people have been martyred and 45 others injured in a suicide blast near a procession of Eid Milad-un-Nabi Sallallah-o-Alaihe Wa Aalehe Wassallum in Mastung district of Balochistan.

DSP City Nawaz Ghiskori is amongst those martyred in the incident. Injured have been shifted to nearby hospitals for treatment.

According to police, some injured persons have been shifted to Civil Hospital Quetta for treatment.

President Dr. Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar have strongly denounced the explosion in Mastung.

In their separate statements, they expressed deep grief and sorrow over the death of people in the incident. They also commiserated with the bereaved families.

They directed the authorities concerned to provide best possible medical treatment to the injured.

In his remarks, Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar said the government is determined to root out terrorism from the country.

Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti has strongly condemned the incident. He said all resources will be mobilized in the rescue operation.

In a statement, he said terrorists have no religion. He said policy of zero tolerance is being pursued against terrorists.

Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi has strongly condemned the blast in Mastung.

In a statement, he said such cowardly terrorist acts cannot shake the nation’s resolve. He said entire Pakistani nation is united against terrorism.

He reaffirmed the commitment to root out the menace of terrorism with the cooperation of security forces and the people.

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki, strongly condemning the blast has announced three days mourning in the province.

In a statement, he directed the concerned to provide better health facilities to injured people.

The Balochistan government has announced three days of mourning throughout the province over the tragic blast incident to express solidarity with the families of the martyrs.

National flags will remain at half-mast on government buildings during the three days of mourning.
