Islamabad: Minister for Information Technology Shaza Fatima Khawaja has announced that more than one hundred and fifty citizen services are now accessible through the City Islamabad App, facilitating public convenience.
According to Radio Pakistan, in her televised remarks, Shaza Fatima Khawaja highlighted the variety of digital services provided by the app, including those associated with the Excise Department, Higher Education Commission (HEC), and the Federal Board. She stated that additional services will be incorporated into the app in the future, aiming to enhance transparency and support good governance.
Shaza Fatima emphasized the goal of the City Islamabad App is to eliminate the necessity for individuals to wait in long queues by offering easy online access to essential services. The app is part of a broader initiative to streamline public service delivery through digital solutions.
