Islamabad: The oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected cabinet of the Gilgit-Baltistan Journalists Forum Rawalpindi-Islamabad was held in Islamabad today. Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan, Amjad Hussain, administered the oath to the newly elected office-bearers of the forum.
According to Radio Pakistan, the newly elected cabinet comprises Syed Arif Kazmi as President, Ali Sher as General Secretary, Ijaz Hussain as Senior Vice President, Shafqat Hussain Saba as Vice President, Anita Aziz as Welfare Secretary, Abdul Hussain Azad as Information Secretary, Zafar Ali Khan as Senior Secretary, and Asif Ali as Office Secretary.
During the ceremony, the Chief Minister assured the journalist community of all possible cooperation for the development and improvement of the media sector. Journalists and other dignitaries attended the ceremony.
