Islamabad: The first meeting for ‘Networking of Water Centers of Excellence in OIC Member States’ is scheduled to take place on the 24th and 25th of this month in Islamabad. It aims to address water security concerns within the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states.
According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting is being organized in collaboration with the OIC Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation (COMSTECH). This initiative is designed to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and coordinated action among leading water research and development institutions across OIC member states.
