According to Radio Pakistan, New Zealand batted first and scored two hundred and sixty-four runs for the loss of eight wickets in the allotted forty-two overs. The match saw New Zealand putting up a solid performance, setting a challenging target for Pakistan.
In response, Pakistan struggled to reach the target and were all out at 221 runs in forty overs. The team’s efforts fell short, and they were unable to overcome the strong bowling and fielding from New Zealand.
Michael Bracewell was declared the player of the match for his outstanding contributions, while Ben Sears was recognized as the player of the series for his consistent performances throughout the matches.
