Islamabad: Pakistan and Romania have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to boost bilateral trade, tourism, and economic cooperation. The agreement was finalized in Islamabad, marking a significant step in strengthening the economic relationship between the two nations.
According to Radio Pakistan, the MoU was inked by the Chairman of Pakistan Romania Business Council, Sohail Shamim Firpo, alongside a Pakistan TV Channel. The agreement aims to enhance collaboration in various economic sectors, including digital platforms that will be used to highlight Pakistan’s industrial capabilities, historical context, and economic potential.
Speaking to APP, Atif Farooqui, a spokesman for the Council, emphasized the importance of the MoU in leveraging digital platforms to showcase Pakistan’s strengths. This initiative is expected to play a crucial role in promoting Pakistan’s industrial and economic narrative on an international stage.
