Islamabad: Pakistan and Turkiye have agreed to strengthen cooperation in digital transformation, e-governance, and smart technologies. This agreement was reached during a meeting between Minister of State for Information Technology and Telecommunication Shaza Fatima Khawaja and Turkiye’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Irfan Neziroglu in Islamabad.
According to Radio Pakistan, the discussions focused on collaborating in the fields of information technology, 5G, and artificial intelligence. Shaza Fatima reiterated the Pakistan Software Export Board’s commitment to fostering international IT collaboration and emphasized the necessity of partnerships between Pakistan and Turkiye in IT, telecom, and digital business.
Ambassador Neziroglu also highlighted the importance of bilateral engagement in these sectors, stressing that such cooperation could lead to significant advancements and mutual benefits for both countries.
