Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed grief over another boat capsizing incident off the Harawa coast near Sirte City, Eastern Libya, in which at least four Pakistanis have been confirmed dead out of eleven casualties. In a post on his X handle, he said our mission and the foreign office are working with the local authorities to retrieve the remains of the deceased.
According to Radio Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif stated that the government is taking strong action against those responsible for luring citizens into this death trap. He emphasized that efforts will continue to be directed at these elements to prevent families from having to carry the coffins of their loved ones due to such accidents.
